The Sofra Shortlist

We are thrilled to announce the shortlisted writers for SOFRA: A Gathering of Foreign Voices Around the Turkish Table.

All of the stories submitted to us by the 50 longlisted writers impressed us and touched us in some way, and it was extremely hard to narrow down the list. It has taken many months and much deliberation to arrive at the following 32 writers. Thank you to everyone who submitted, and congratulations to the writers below!
